The California Environmental Flows Framework


The California Environmental Flows Framework (CEFF) provides technical guidance for managers to employ a functional flows approach to efficiently develop scientifically defensible environmental flow recommendations statewide.  Review the CEFF fact sheet and executive summary for additional details.
