CEFF Technical Report
Over the last 3 years, the California Environmental Flows Framework (CEFF) has been developed by a technical subcommittee comprised of scientists from academia, agencies, research organizations, and non-governmental organizations.

CEFF Implementation Workplan
An implementation workplan was developed to identify additional efforts necessary to support statewide implementation of the Framework, including improvements in technical tools, tracking and standardizing the documentation of case studies, and establishing mechanisms for ongoing data and information sharing. The draft implementation workplan is available for download below.
The Technical Team is soliciting feedback on the draft workplan to evaluate key priorities of the Environmental Flows Workgroup - which will aid in pursuing future funding opportunities. Please provide feedback here.
